1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the VETUKU application, web portal, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.
2. Platform Role & Marketplace Services
VETUKU operates as a technology platform connecting consumers seeking home and local services with independent, verified service professionals. Service contracts and quality commitments are fulfilled by the respective registered professionals in accordance with platform standards.
3. Booking, 4-Digit OTP & Service Verification
To guarantee consumer safety and accurate job tracking, service commencement requires the consumer to provide the unique 4-Digit Start OTP to the professional upon doorstep arrival. Service completion requires end-of-job confirmation before payment release.
4. Payments & Financial Terms
All service bookings are processed securely through licensed payment gateways (Razorpay). Prices include applicable taxes and platform facilitation fees. Service providers receive payouts subject to agreed commission terms and customer dispute review periods.
