- Service Provider Verification Data: Government ID details (KYC), professional credentials, and bank account/UPI details for earnings settlement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We utilize the collected information to:
- Facilitate on-demand hyperlocal professional bookings and service execution.
- Process payments, security deposits, platform fees, and provider payouts securely via licensed payment gateways (Razorpay).
- Send critical transactional notifications (FCM push notifications and SMS updates regarding booking status and OTPs).
- Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and ensure safety across our community.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We only share relevant contact and location details between customers and verified service professionals once a booking is confirmed to facilitate fulfillment. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
